ok so first off both dresses are VERY PRETTY. how ever faced with the choice personally i would pick the first one, not sure why but it just wowed me a little bit more.
about the sizes i would pay the 25 dollars and get it custom fit but its up to u if u can i would try on the sizes and see what u like best
