Got White Spots In Your Tonsils and Can They Be Deadly?
Here is a unique article to shed some light about the association between tonsil stones and bad breath. The vast majority of us know very well what bad breath is, sorry to say! But you'd be stunned just how many sufferers are clueless about what a tonsil stone is. To clear a very important factor up...it's possible to have bad breath without having tonsil stones however it's unusual that a person gets tonsil stones without bad breath! Also known as tonsil cheese, rocks, balls, white-colored clumps, they're just very disgusting and smelly small things that look alot like cottage cheese! They have a distinctive odor that is not easy to explain but intolerable to say the least.
It's my own honest opinion that almost all of the incredibly bad breath instances in the world are generally the result of tonsil stones and the sufferer just doesn't understand it or quite simply is oblivious to the details. What I mean is, these little stones that sit in your tonsil crevices can easily go unnoticed. It's only if they grow to be fairly large that you can start to 'realize' they're there. While they may not be dangerous, they will undoubtedly produce some serious side-effects!
I could probably write a book in regards to the likes and differences about these white spots on tonsils and bad breath, medically termed halitosis. For the sake of a quick read and to avoid boring you to death, I'll try and just keep to the details here. The basics of bad breath can be linked back to shortage of some basic oral hygiene, though there can be some much deeper causes. Tonsil stones have several different causes but you should be careful of all the bogus opinions and information floating around.
The whole odiferous breath issue can be traced back to your food intake and how often or not often you brush your teeth, floss and whether or not you use a really good rinse or mouthwash. I think that anyone who can not take a few minutes each day and night to brush their teeth, floss and rinse are just lazy. That's the most simple way to reduce or eliminate common bad breath. Now, with regards to tonsils stones, simple brushing, flossing and mouthwash, truth be told only offer you a temporary fix. In most cases that does nothing to help the odor coming from the tonsils stones.
There's a lot of information floating around about what causes tonsil stones but a great deal of it is just opinion. People's information varies from saying it has to do with strep throat, post nasal drip, tonsillitis, throat infections, ear or sinus issues, smoking among other things. While a mix of these may certainly enhance the problem, I really don't think any of these are the single reason behind the stones formation.
